Shipping and Refund Policy

 

Order Processing:

Please allow 7–10 business days for product delivery. Once your order is confirmed, we will ship your products within 1–2 business days.

If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please contact us at orders.ca@nutralineinc.com with your order ID and order date, and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

 

Shipping:

At Nutraline Inc., we ensure your order arrives quickly and efficiently. We offer two shipping options: Economy and Express, so you can get your products when you need them!

We work with multiple carriers depending on your location to guarantee fast delivery every time. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped.

 

For Canadian purchase orders of 30.00 CAD or less, a minimal shipping fee of 9.99 CAD will apply.

Please note that shipping fees do not include duties, customs, or import taxes.

Select areas within Canada, including Prince Edward Island and Quebec, may incur additional shipping charges.

Deliveries to Nunavut, Yukon, and Northwest Territories are subject to higher surcharges.

 

 

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 15 days of product delivery, provided the item is in its original condition.

We cannot accept returns for products that are used, opened, or damaged.

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Please use the same carton for your return shipment. Products must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

 

Each return is assessed individually. Refunds are not guaranteed unless the product is found to be faulty.

 

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process within 10 business days. Refunds will be reflected in your credit card and/or bank statement depending on your payment method.

 

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

If you wish to cancel after receiving a shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team at orders.ca@nutralineinc.com for assistance after delivery.

 

Subscription Orders:

We offer convenient subscription options for our products, delivering them to you automatically according to your chosen timeline.

 

You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

Our customer service team can assist with cancellations or delivery schedule changes.
